August 17th marks SIX YEARS of Funding Love serving the adoption community!

To celebrate, we are hosting our second annual Virtual 5K! But this year, we are adding an online auction, too!

What is “I Am Funding Love Day”?

It’s our Anniversary! Each year on August 17th, all of our donors and followers help us celebrate and bring awareness to our mission by posting pictures of themselves wearing Funding Love merchandise using the hashtag #IamFundingLove! This year, on August 17, 2024, not only will you have opportunity to join in by wearing Funding Love merchandise, but also by joining us in our Funding Love Virtual 5k + Auction!

How does the Virtual 5k work?

Purchase our 5K Race Package. Packages will be sold June 7th - 30th, then produced and shipped in July.
Upon receiving your race package, run or walk 3.1 miles in your neighborhood or on your favorite local community running path at a time that is convenient for you. We encourage you to invite a friend, or host a running group in support of Funding Love!
Once you finish, take a picture with your race medal and/or t-shirt.
POST your picture on your personal Facebook/Instagram page on August 17, 2024 with the hashtag #IamFundingLove!

How does the Virtual Auction work?

Watch in July, as we begin to give sneak peeks of amazing auction items.
Sign up to participate on our BidPal site starting August 1st. Signs ups are FREE.
On August 3rd, start your bidding! The virtual auction will run for two weeks, and will end on August 17th, 2024 at 10:00pm EST.
Official winners will be notified on August 18th, and items will be shipped by the end of August.
