Vacation Participants

This Code of Conduct applies to all participants of a Funding Love Vacation or event. It aims to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all.

This code expresses values that are already fundamental to all participants. Funding Love vacations and events aim to be inclusive and embrace diversity in all its forms.

Funding Love welcomes participants regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, color, religion, national origin, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristics. Therefore, this Code of Conduct sets forth expectations for the conduct of all participants at a Funding Love vacation or event. Participants are expected to express themselves in considerate and respectful ways to others. Equally, they are expected to respond with courtesy and respect to others’ opinions. “Participant” refers to anyone present at a Funding Love vacation or event, and includes staff, vendors, media representatives, sponsors, volunteers, and all attendees.

Purpose

Being under the influence of alcohol and/or illicit drugs can seriously impair an individual’s judgement and reactions leading to an increased risk of accidents and injuries occurring.

This agreement is intended to promote a safe and enjoyable experience for all Funding Love Vacation attendees by having clear boundaries in place regarding the consumption of alcohol and illicit drug use, including legal opioids and mental health medications not specifically prescribed to an individual by a licensed healthcare provider, and to support those who have a history of alcohol/drug dependency.

Funding Love does not permit the sharing of prescribed opioids and/or mental health medications to those which they have not been specifically prescribed. Smoking marijuana or other illegal substances is not permitted at any time. For the comfort of all Guests, Walt Disney World theme parks are smoke free. The smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, or other products that produce a vapor or smoke is allowed only in designated outdoor smoking areas. While on your vacation, please ask a Funding Love Magic Maker or Representative, if you need help finding the nearest smoking area; we will be happy to assist.

A $250-$500 room-recovery fee will be charged to violators for smoking in Guest rooms or on balconies or patios at Disney Resort hotels.
